A 1.1 cm thick pad (measured without inserts) with a patented material Smart to protect your horse:
The intelligent molecules at the heart of the saddle pad contract relative to pressure and shock. When pressure is reduced, the material immediately becomes pleasantly soft again. This protective function lies at the heart of the pad, in a breathable polymer mesh fabric. In addition, the spacer fabric on the underside of the pad also prevents heat build-up. A functional textile on the top makes the Invictus saddle pad totally non-slip.

• In addition, the Invictus pad enables clear communication between horse and rider, as the intelligent material filters out unintended effects on the horse's back, such as involuntary movements of the saddle and rider.

The D30-Vario Invictus pad features pockets to compensate for minor saddle problems with appropriate inserts.

The inserts for the D30-Vario Pad are 3 mm thick and are cut out for the front and rear pockets. A set of 4 front and rear inserts is included in the price.

The Smart material has been developed for use in a wide range of temperatures. At very cold temperatures, the material may harden. But this has no effect on performance. Once in the saddle, the pad quickly becomes flexible again under the effect of the horse's body heat.
The inserts are made of Phylon material, a hi-tech foam ideal for giving lift without being too hard or too rigid.
