Carnitine promotes energy production in the muscles from the oxidation of fatty acids by allowing them to enter the mitochondria (responsible for cellular respiration). An exogenous supply of carnitine thus increases the intracellular oxidation of fatty acids and thus energy production and output.
PRO L-CARNITINE is a carnitine concentrate that can be taken a few days before the competition and on the day to optimize resistance to fatigue.

Carnitine intake should be adjusted according to the type of effort required and the lipid status of the ration (increasing need with the fat content):
- Long effort and/or high fat ration: continuous supplementation with spun dose: 1/3 to 1/2 syringe per day and punctual contributions of 1 syringe to 1 1/2 syringe the eves and days of the event.
- Effort court and intense: 1 syringe to 1 1/2 syringe per day, the 2 to 10 days before the event.
