The neck cover helps protect the mane from flies, and an elasticated throatlash helps keep the neck piece in place while the horse grazes. The abdominal cushion ensures that the blanket stays in place and protects the horse's belly. Additionally, the large tail flap helps keep flies away from the horse's tail.
