Description

Two-ring snaffle bit with keys Premier Equine

Bits are commonly used when breaking and training a horse. The keys, also known as "players", are designed to encourage the horse to bite and accept the bit and can also provide a soothing distraction for the horse. The pressure in the mouth does not change much and the action of the bit is primarily on the tongue and lips, while putting some pressure on the bars of the mouth depending on the size of the horse's tongue.

The loose ring prevents the horse from leaning or binding on the bit. Ideal for horses with very soft mouths who do not like complicated mouthpieces, as this bit is very soft.

Stainless Steel Horse Bits...
Stainless steel is the most common material used for horse bits because it is durable, easy to clean and does not rust. Some of our stainless steel bits have copper mouthpieces that help create a warm feeling and encourage the horse to salivate and accept the bit. Stainless steel bits are suitable for a wide range of horses and are available in many designs, allowing you to choose the right bit for your horse and your discipline.

Match your mouthpiece to keys with one of our anatomical bridles.

For health and hygiene reasons, this bit cannot be returned if it is removed from the model.
