• The S shell is suitable for foam sizes 53 to 56

• The M shell is suitable for foam sizes 56 to 59

• The L shell is suitable for foam sizes 58 to 62

Foams (set B) to be purchased separately: this determines the final size of your helmet.

The Premium collection offers a high-gloss finish in five shell colours: blue, black, bison, grey, and carbon. The Premium helmet from Antarès features a shiny shell combined with leather trim and harness.
Customisation of your Antarès helmet
If you wish, you can change the colours of the strap, headband, and triangle of this model to create a unique helmet. In its classic version, the elements are chrome-plated. It's up to you to choose your customisation colours for your helmet according to your preferences! We have written a blog article on helmet customisation to help you do it easily.
Composition of your Eclipse Premium riding helmet
The shell
The outer shell of the helmet is made from ABS. Its role is to disperse the impact energy over the surface of the helmet. When your helmet hits an object, the shell spreads the shock wave by dissipating it. Rigid and lightweight, it is known for its high resistance to scratches.
The inner liner
Made from EPS (expanded polystyrene), it absorbs the energy from the impact by compressing. The liner thus becomes much denser. Its density varies according to the sizes of our helmets. To see the effects of an impact on the liner, check out our blog article.
The vents
Its 4 front vents and 2 rear exhausts provide good air circulation. Thermal regulation is therefore improved.
The retention system
The harness ensures a good fit of the helmet on the rider's head. It consists of 3 points. The Y-shaped fixation system has points that are further apart, which reduces the helmet's rotation. The straps are made of nylon and the buckles are POM.
The helmet pads
In contact with the rider's head, the high-quality foams allow for a perfect fit of your riding helmet and optimal comfort. Whether your head shape is round or oval, they will adapt to your morphology. Removable, these internal pads can be regularly removed and cleaned to maintain the cleanliness of the helmet. Made in Italy, they are breathable, OEKO-TEX® certified, and hand washable in lukewarm water.
The foams are sold with the helmet.

The Eclipse visor
The Eclipse visor is designed for a female clientele. Very trendy and elegant, it is inspired by women's hats. It protects female riders from the sun while enhancing their femininity. The wide visor has been designed to protect the skin from the sun and external climate-related aggression without hindering the wide field of vision essential for any discipline. The European standard EN1384-2023 requires the visor to flex when a load is applied to it. This is to prevent it from breaking and injuring the rider. The visor of Antarès helmets is therefore intentionally flexible. In case of deformation, it can be manually manipulated to restore its original shape.
The helmet bag is ideal for protecting and transporting your helmet easily. It is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail, with a large central pocket and a big zipper to facilitate the storage of the helmet.
