Storage Keep your helmet in its protective cover, away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of it.

Recommended lifespan Renew your helmet every 5 years maximum, even without a fall. Materials degrade over time, with sweat and UV exposure.

After a fall After a fall, even without visible damage, we recommend replacing your helmet. Invisible micro-cracks can compromise the structure, and the EPS cannot be replaced without a new complete certification. How to measure my helmet size?

Measure your head circumference with a soft measuring tape, above the eyebrows and ears, at the widest point. Repeat 2-3 times and take the highest value. The size in cm = the GPA size (e.g., 57 cm → size 57). If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

Can I wash the entire helmet in the machine?

No. Only the removable inner liner can be washed in the machine at 30°C, delicate cycle. The shell is only wiped with a damp cloth. Water and heat damage the materials and compromise protection.

Is this helmet approved for the FFE competition?

Yes. All GPA helmets are CE EN1384 certified, a standard recognized by FFE and FEI organizations. Check the specific requirements of your discipline - some competitions impose additional standards.
