The sizes indicated correspond to your head size in centimeters. You must take the same size for the foam as the one you took for the helmet. - EXTERNAL SHIELD: injection molded in thermo-composite resin that limits the risk of perforation. Thanks to its front openings and rear extractors, this helmet offers optimal ventilation. - INSIDE SHIELD: EPS shock absorbing element made of expanded polystyrene with variable density that absorbs and distributes shock waves. - INSIDE FOAM (LINER): comfort foam coupled with a soft and antibacterial fabric. Made in one piece, it is interchangeable and washable thanks to tabs that fit between the two caps. - FACEBOARD: made of elastomeric thermo-composite resin which gives it a certain flexibility according to the required standards.
