The LeMieux self-cooling training pads are made with the innovative FeelCool ¨ Ice material that has a cooling crystal kneaded into the weave. This is activated by humidity; the higher the humidity, the greater the cooling effect! The crystals have incredible heat pickup and transfer properties gradually absorbing and wicking away the horse's perspiration. In extreme conditions, once dissipated, a reverse cooling effect rapide is produced.

Carbon mesh spine insert reduces any pressure on the withers and back and allows heat to rise and escape through the top of the pad

The inner lining is the same self-cooling fabric as the top side which is soft, frictionless and ensures that the entire cushion breathes and wicks at the same level
