The Pro-Sorb system offers a unique combination - all the benefits of a deluxe merino lambswool half pad with the flexibility to adjust the fit and balance of the saddle. There is no need to add gel and foam saddle pads and riser pads as a second layer. These can often slip and be difficult to place accurately. The Pro-Sorb cushion gives you several choices in one product. All cushioning pads can even be removed from their bottom pockets and the product reverts to a conventional Lambswool half-cushion if needed.

• The closed cell foam pads slide easily into the three pockets on the top side of the Lambswool half pad. These pads cover the main weight bearing areas and provide additional absorption and cushioning. The pads are made from memory foam and soften when warm.
• They can be used as a booster pad in the front or back of the saddle or for extra support in the middle area. The 9mm pads allow for more precise adjustments.
• Flexibility to accommodate changes in horse shape or different saddles - especially if multiple horses share the same saddle.
• The discreet nature of Pro-Sorb prevents distortion of the saddle fit if additional padding is required.
• The natural breathability and wicking effect of lambswool, combined with the lightweight foam pads, ensures minimal heat and sweat build-up.

Information and care

• Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush.
• It is recommended to wash in a laundry bag
• Machine wash at 30° on a cold/wool cycle or hand wash.
• Use Lemieux Wool Wash (available from Horse Health).
• Wrinkle/flatten cotton fabric after washing.
• Air dry away from heat sources. Never tumble dry.
• Avoid using strong fabric softeners.
• Make sure the washing machine drum is large enough to safely accommodate the size of the cushion.
• Make sure all velcro fasteners are securely closed before washing.
• Remove all upholstery before washing.
• Warning: In rare cases, dye from black wool items can seep into wool items and give them a slight blue tint. Grey coats may be stained.
