The leg members of a horse are extremely fragile and prone to injury. However, leg protection often feels too hot or is too tight. The result is an essential tendon boot that offers optimal protection, absorbs impacts, and keeps the horse's legs as cool as possible.

Exterior

The exterior features a hard shell that optimally protects the inside of the tendon from abrasion. Additionally, the exterior is lined with a very breathable mesh to keep the horse's legs cool.

Lining:

The protector is lined with our specially developed Air Liner, a thermoformed lining. The material composition gives the lining optimal properties. The lining further absorbs shocks, thanks to the air present in the spaces created by the material. During an impact or shock, the air escapes through the extremely breathable lining and the ventilation holes. Your horse is thus perfectly protected against impacts.

Fastenings:

It is also very important that the tendon boots are equipped with suitable fastenings. Indeed, if the tendon boot is too loose, it can cause irritation, but if it is too tight, it can impede blood circulation. The wide double hook and loop fastening is very sturdy and can be secured in the right place for a perfect fit.
