Special features
The 400g stable blanket is essential for horses that are shorn or have sensitive skin. The stable blanket offers warmth and comfort to the horse, while being extremely practical for the rider. Even though the blanket offers a lot of warmth, it remains very breathable thanks to the combination of materials.
Fabrics and materials
The inside of the stable blanket is lined with our trademark artificial rabbit skin Kentucky. This lining prevents rubbing and polishes the horse's coat. In addition, the artificial rabbit skin creates an insulating layer around the horse as it retains the horse's body heat. For extra warmth, we have added 400g of padding. This padding has a similar effect to down, but is easier to use. The exterior of the sophisticated stable blanket is made of 600D high tenacity polyester and is quilted in a diamond pattern. The quilting, combined with the 600D polyester, makes the blanket incredibly difficult to tear. Plus, chips don't stick to the fabric.
Shape and size
The stable blanket has an anatomical shape and closes with 2 strong front buckles and 2 over straps. Thanks to the artificial rabbit skin, the blanket always snaps back into place after the horse has rolled or laid down. For extra protection of the withers, we have added an artificial sheepskin to the withers area of the blanket.
Care Guide
The stable blanket is extremely convenient for the rider as the shavings are easily brushed off and the blanket is washable at 30 degrees.
