The Rambo Hoody XL (0g Light) Rug offers your larger horse top-to-bottom protection against summer's little irritations! Designed specifically for larger horses, the signature Horseware XL features a 20% deeper collar, providing the extra space needed for shoulder movement and 10% more depth to cover your horse's wider body frame. Made from soft, highly durable 1000D polyester, with a tightly woven fabric to prevent biting insects from getting through. This super-soft, UV-protective lightweight layer protects against even the smallest flies, because we know that big horses can be sensitive souls too!
Our V-shaped fastening system and two leg bows offer great freedom of movement, and the silky lining of shoulders, mane and tail reduces chafing. The 90% UV protection keeps your horse out of the sun. It also features a tail strap for added security. In addition to extended belly flaps with Velcro straps, we've included three surcingles that wrap around the horse's belly for extra protection. The integrated neck cover goes over the ears, while the oversized tail flap at the other end offers extra protection.
