Horse lanyard reins Penelope Howlett

Rearing Howlett Pénélope compatible with our martin collar. It attaches to the central ring of the martin collar, and allows the horse to work up his back line. When the horse gives way, the Howlett rein also gives way, eliminating the nuisance of the rider's hand.
