Description
Gogue Norton Pro
- Buffalo leather pulley gogue
- Nickel-plated steel buckle
- Allows to ensure a good orientation of the mounts in the work
- Can be used mounted or on foot
- As with all girths, it is important not to set it too short, especially at the beginning of the session, the goal not being to imprison the horse which would cause defenses but to set a framework in which the horse can freely set up.
- The goggle must be adjusted progressively during the work. The objective is to allow the horse to roll its neck forward, horizontally, and to raise its back.
- It is recommended for horses that have a reversed neck, a hollow back, or that are victims of compression riding.
- The gogue remains a re-education tool. Its use must be momentary, and adapted to a moment of the horse's training.
- It cannot be permanent. The gogue also limits the defenses related to back pain, but in no way solves them.
