The fabric used for the classic rug is a polyester microfiber with a soft cotton feel. The microfiber has the feel of a peach and is therefore very soft but stays in place underautres mats without rubbing. The fiber padding is a good insulating layer because it retains body heat while being breathable. This creates a cocoon of warmth around the horse, without feeling damp.
Shape and size
The underblanket can be combined with our stable blankets or our outdoor blankets. The microfiber keeps the rug in place, even after rolling or combining the rug withautres rugs. The shape is tested and approved by professionals.
Care guide
The Under Rug Classic is machine washable at 30 degrees. We recommend that you wash your rug once a month. For best results, dry the rug on low heat with tennis balls to preserve pockets.
