Thermal pouch specially designed for hot or cold use. For hot use, warm up in the microwave. For cold use (recommended after any type of effort, sprains, blows and haematomas), cool at least 1 hour beforehand in the refrigerator or freezer. Do not apply the pouch directly to the skin, slide it into the pouch provided in the JUMPTEC resting gaiters ref. 540 641 002.
