It contains pieces of green apple, steamed flax seeds, pre-cooked cereal flakes and lemon balm, which we grow in Val Liona (Italy), without the use of chemicals. Natural and appetizing, its aroma is unique and special. When mixed with warm water, the beneficial mucilage of the flax is formed. The pre-cooked cereal and fruit are hydrated and transformed into a delicious and beneficial complementary meal.
