Very waterproof, they are entirely made of rubber. The interior is made of very soft fake fur to bring warmth to the feet. A leatherette paste is attached to the back of the boots, on the outside where the Penelope logo is stamped. The sole is thick for extra insulation from the cold, making them a must-have for any rider who wants to keep her feet warm and dry once off the horse.
