Description
The Flóki saddle has a deep, supple seat that gives the rider an optimum position, as well as short, soft knee rolls specially designed to give the rider great support. The seat is curved and has good soft thigh rolls. The rider's center of gravity is in the center of the saddle, and the saddle is fitted with monoflaps to ensure close contact between horse and rider.
It is made from high-quality leather and latex saddle panels, which adapt to the horse's shape, while providing unrivalled weight distribution and shock absorption, protecting both horse and rider's back. Latex panels also have the advantage of not needing to be reattached regularly.
The saddle's shoulder room allows the horse to move freely in the tölt.
It is made on a flexible tree, which also has excellent shock absorption and weight distribution characteristics. The neck iron can be changed and is available in 7 different widths ("F" model).
The saddle has a short contact surface that adapts well to the Icelandic horse's back.
