A beautifully designed English soft treed dressage saddle, made from soft, supple, high-quality Turkish calf leather and soft leather panels filled with synthetic wool. The saddle features a wide, padded channel that allows the spine to move freely and distributes pressure correctly. The EDIX® Tudor saddle features a luxurious, comfortable single leg for optimum contact with the leg. Well-concealed pockets for knee rolls of different shapes offer the rider his or her own perfect position of leg support, while knee rolls can easily be changed or positioned differently thanks to the sturdy Velcro fastener.
The EDIX® Tudor is called a treeless saddle because it is much more structured than manyautres treeless saddles, but the EDIX Tudor dressage saddle is still technically a treeless saddle due to the absence of a solid tree. EDIX® treeless saddles are constructed with different soft, flexible shock-absorbing layers and panels filled with synthetic wool, which adapt fully to the horse's anatomy and the rider's posture. Thanks to this construction, the EDIX® Tudor soft treed dressage saddle offers the rider a narrower, more balanced seat, while retaining superb flexibility and spinal clearance for the horse's movements.
The front gussets feature an integrated stabilizing girth and are specially stitched for an extremely stable saddle position. The EDIX® Tudor saddle is designed as a stand-alone saddle. Thanks to the absence of a solid tree, the flexible materials allow the saddle to adapt fully to the horse's anatomy. As a result of growth or muscle development due to greater freedom of movement and correct training, your horse changes shape throughout the season and the years of age. Thanks to the interchangeable gullet plate system and rechargeable panels, the Tudor saddle is easily adaptable. What's more, it's easy to correct the saddle's temporary position using a special treeless 8-pocket saddle pad and suit-matched inlays. The EDIX® Y-strap system, consisting of two front straps and a third Y-strap, offers greater strength and durability, and improves traction distribution between the front and rear of the saddle to enhance comfort and stability. Unlike manyautres dressage saddles, the EDIX® Tudor stirrup connection is positioned more centrally on the saddle seat. This supports the correct position of the legs and reduces pressure on the knees.
What's more, it's easy to correct the temporary position of the saddle using our special 8-pocket treeless saddle pad and inlays adapted to your horse (see separate list).
The saddle can be perfectly adjusted to the rider's comfort by choosing the knee roll: court, low or high and large. A discreet Velcro pocket allows the knee pad to be placed in the perfect position. The EDIX® Tudor saddle is available in brown or black leather and in sizes 17, 17.5 and 18 inches. Customized versions of this saddle take up to 8 weeks to deliver.
